1. Bookings made with IATA rebate are treated the same as your personal booking and are also eligible to earning hotel points, night credit, and enjoying member status privilege.
2. The reservation must be made through Hyatt official website (web browser) or through Hyatt mobile app. For detail on how to make the booking, please refer to the instruction below.
3. Booking that are not eligible for IATA rebate:
i) Booking made through online travel agency (e.g. Expedia, booking.com, Hotel.com)
ii) Certain discount code (Such as corporate rates and friends and family rates are not eligible.)
4. After placing your booking, if you would want to modify/cancel the booking. You can simply modify/cancel te booking through your Hyatt account/apps.
5. IATA code cannot be added to existing booking afterwards. Only new booking can be booked with IATA code.

Steps to book with our IATA travel agency code
Method 1: Booking through Hilton mobile app
Please follow the instructions in the photo below and enter the travel agent code "96174315" under section "Additional Information" at the end of the booking confirmation page.
Method 2: Booking through Hyatt website
Head to https://www.hyatt.com/
Follow the instruction below and insert Travel agent code "96174315".
Step 1: Search for your desired hotel and choose the room type and rate that best suits your needs.
Step 2: Proceed with your reservation and be sure to enter the travel agent code "96174315" under the section "For Travel Planers and Advisors" during the process.

After completing your booking by entering the IATA code as specified, please ensure you have an account with us. Then, fill out and submit the Hyatt rebate form provided above.

The confirmation of your stay will take around 60 days after you have completed your stay. Once it is confirmed, we will contact you and credit your account will the points.

There is no way to check if the room price is eligible for a rebate for Hyatt. We will provide confirmation with you after your booking.
